Leica will be demoing their Stellaris 8 FALCON (FAst Lifetime CONtrast) with DLS (digital lightsheet) confocal in the Imaging Core from 1/24 to 2/4/22.
The system will include the following: (a * indicates the feature is not available on any other system in the Core)
*FALCON fluorescent lifetime imaging (FLIM)
*TauSense (TauGating, TauContrast, TauSeparation)
*Adaptive deconvolution ('Lightning') for super-resolution imaging
White light laser with excitation wavelengths from 440 to *790nm
